Private Wealth Management Executive Search Recruiters

About the position

An OGiQ Research Analyst’s primary role is to be the catalyst for growth to leverage the firm’s recruiting and strategy professionals in providing candidates, unique value-added advice, products and human talent management solutions to our clients. Externally, OGiQ Analysts partner with our clients to provide real time competitive intelligence and benchmarking in all aspects of their business.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing on Options Group priority private wealth management searches
  • Proactively learning the basics of executive search from senior search consultants
  • Building relationships with potential candidates and clients
  • Identifying, approaching and qualifying appropriate candidates for searches
  • Navigating the search process from origination to close, alongside senior consultants

Additional responsibilities:

  • Working within existing firm wide database to organize candidates, clients, searches and new business development
  • Writing job specifications for search mandates
  • Originating new search mandates with existing Options Group clients
  • Creation and maintenance of business development materials for area of focus
  • Working with researchers and consultants to maintain and update existing search status reports real-time

Requirements:

  • BS/BA or equivalent undergraduate degree
  • Must have extensive experience in private wealth management or wealth management recruiting
  •  Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to commit time outside of the traditional 9am-5pm schedules
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
